What type of package to choose at check-out Standard and small package
All items in my shop are ‘standard package’, unless mentioned otherwise. If you do pick ‘small package’ instead of standard, you’ll be asked to transfer the extra shipping costs.

All my prints are either giclee print, or riso print.  What are giclee and riso?
A giclée print is a fine art digital print made on a professional inkjet printer. This very high quality print is a lot more sustainable than regular prints. It has been printed with archival inks that are fade-resistant.

Risograph printing is a technique best described as a ‘digital screen printing’. The process is similar to screen printing, but with the convenience of an office copier. It’s known for its vivid colours (that other printers can’t produce) and its specific textures. These machines deliver ‘perfect imperfections’ and provide an easy method for reproducing work at large quantities, like posters, prints and zines.













What happens when my parcel is damaged or faulty?
If the shopowner is at fault, for example if your item is sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity etc.) the shop will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges.  Please note that the shop is not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. I will see if there is anything I can do to help.

Do you accept returns?

Do you offer framed prints?
I do not offer framed prints through this shop. All prints have standard dimensions, so it is easy to find a suitable and affordable frame.
