‘De Kaai’ Rotterdam
De Kaai is a new neighborhood taking shape in Rotterdam-Zuid, on the former grounds of an old margarine factory. Once a closed-off industrial site, it’s now being transformed into a vibrant mix of homes, workspaces, and public spaces. This ambitious development marks a new chapter for the city, where history and modern life intertwine.
I created a series of illustrations that visualize this transformation, reflecting both the site’s industrial heritage and its future as a dynamic urban district. The neighborhood will be realized over the coming years.
